Endless Silent Scream- Tony Forder-Crime
“He saved her once, can he do it again”
DI Bliss is back!!! This time he begins by saving a young girl who is thinking of
throwing herself off a building. He is there shearly by chance, having been nearest at t
he time of the call. She has a knife and wounds and is later linked to a drug supplier.
The department has had a bit of a shake up and there is a new DCI. There is also a
body that isn’t so much a cold case as a “freezer” one, having possibly been in the
ground between ten and fifteen years. When the young girl is taken by the supplier
and the body possibly of a missing journalist with links to on high, Jimmy and his
team have their work cut out and more. Oh I love Bliss and Tony’s wonderful style
of writing. Bliss instantly comes across as a likeable character. Someone you would
want possibly as an Uncle whom you know would be firm but fair with a wicked
sense of humour and caring beyond belief. A plot (or three) that makes me admire
Tony for his very sharp mind and being able to plan such intricate, clever but
easy to follow storylines.  I laughed,  I (almost) cried. I loved it. Can;t wait
for the next Blissful read.
