Agony Auntics: A romantic comedy about finding help in unexpected places! by [Julie Butterfield]
Agony Auntics by Julie Butterfield - Romantic/Contemporary comedy.
Fliss writes an agony column for an online paper. On replying to one of her customers
she puts her thoughts on paper and accidentally sends it  and so begins an interaction
between herself and Ellie who wrote to her. Ellie asked about a man she had seen at
work- Logan, and how to go about getting to know him as she already felt she was in
love with him. Fliss has been married for an age and whilst writing to Ellie realised
that things were not quite as they used to be, her husband now appearing to be more
married to his phone and job. This is the story of two relationships. One a tentative
one at best and one of a marriage that for an unknown reason has become stale.
I enjoyed this as I think most women will, having been in one situation or another
themselves (or both perhaps?). As with all Julia’ books there is so much more than
“just” a story. There is something to think about, a reflection on life and all of its
twists and turns. A friend who although mad as a bag of frogs has Ellies’ best
interests at heart. This lifted me when I needed it and made me smile.
A treasure of a read.

Agony Auntics As an agony aunt, Fliss Carmichael should have all the answers but when her own marriage
begins unravelling at the seams, she hasn’t a clue where to start. After a simple mistake
causes an unintended role swap, she becomes the one seeking advice from an unlikely source! Purchase Links UK – https://www.amazon.co.uk/Agony-Auntics-romantic-finding-unexpected-ebook/dp

B087KKKFD2/ Author Bio – Julie Butterfield belongs to the rather large group of 'always wanted to write' authors
who finally found the time to sit down and put pen to paper - or rather fingers to keyboard. She wrote her first book purely for pleasure and was very surprised to discover that so
many people enjoyed the story and wanted more, so she decided to carry on writing. It has to be pointed out that her first novel, 'Did I Mention I Won The Lottery' is a
complete work of fiction and she did not, in fact, receive millions in her bank account
and forget to mention it to her husband - even though he still asks her every day if
she has anything to tell him Social Media Links – @juliebeewriter www.Juliebutterfield.co.uk
