The Kill List- Vicki Fitzgerald-Dark crime/thriller

“ Hell hath no fury like a woman scorned”

A woman who has been raped and abused- a school teacher by day and something

completely different by night.  A man who knows he is guilty but still be coerced

by a superior so feels he can’t say no despite knowing he is destroying his own

life in the process. Other men who like nothing more than sex with violence,

all arranged and then shown on the dark web for others to profit from. High

ranking in the real world so feeling untouchable due to their secret group.

A victim who somehow survives and wants revenge.  This was captivating

despite being some very sensitive scenes so not for the faint hearted as the

deaths are played out in detail. A detail of the dark web and the macabre

goings on that some see as a “game” to score points. A story of revenge

and of a determined, tenacious woman and a detective who is determined

to find out the truth one way or another. Who will survive? A dark and

twisted tale - not one I would normally read but curiosity piqued and

found myself in a world that many don’t know exist (albeit fiction

in this case). An interesting dark. macabre read
