Stirred with Love- Marcie Steel Womens contemporary fiction

If you need a read to restore your faith in human nature this could be the one...

Kate is having a nightmare with her husband but is surprised when he says that

they should separate. She is up for voluntary redundancy where she works so

perhaps it is time after all to make a move. Chloe has just sat her A levels and

hasn't a clue as to what comes next. She really isn't sure about university and

fancies a change from where she lives. Both women spot an advert for a cafe

about to open that comes with accommodation.. Lily and her husband Bernard

once ran the cafe but sadly Bernard dies and Lily thinks she should reopen

before it's too late. I loved this. Three generations of women each with their

own take on life, love and the ups and downs we all go through on the way.

There’s a real feel good spirit about it, and perhaps even a message of

when life throws you lemons- either make lemonade or add gin!

I smiled, I cried, I loved it.
