DEAD GUILTY a totally addictive crime thriller with a huge twist

DEAD GUILTY by Helen H. Durrant-Crime

A little girl has gone missing but things are not adding up. A young man is found
stabbed and suspected to be involved in things he shouldn’t - other than basic
burglary which as DI calladine found out for himself when he found someone in
his home. A wealthy factory owner who appears to care more for this work than
his family and his wife with a bruised face. Calladine has more crimes than he
has staff and is pushed in every direction. This is the ninth in the series and could
stand alone however you would get more out if it is at least some of the others
have been read before hand.I love Helen’s books. They are ones you very quickly
get into and feel comfortable with. The sort you know you can cozy down with,
be entertained and not have nightmares. Good solid well rounded characters
that you take to and have that bit extra- a personal life and a personality rather
than just being a part of the plot. Something to keep the grey matter active
and a smile along the way. Love this series, love Helen’s work.
