The Summer of Secrets by Tilly Tennant

The Summer of Secrets- Tilly Tennant-5*
If you want a smile and that feel-good factor for a summer read then this could
be the very book. Harper is happy. She has a wonderful farmhouse, bought from
her inheritance  and a tea shop that she runs with her best friend Pip. Her
gorgeous fiance Shay is currently sorting the foundations to some holiday lets that
they are adding on to the complex. When a chance discovery or two turns things
on their heads, Harper being s to see things in a different light. Tilly never
disappoints. Her stories are always full of larger than life characters, some humour,
some upset and wonderful descriptions hat let you relax and escape for while
without being  overly “twee” (as I was asked about another book the other day)!
.I love Tilly’s style and reading her books always leaves me with a smile and that
uplifting factor. that restores your faith in human nature.I look forward to the next
Tilly Tennant book very much.
